Learning In Nursing

So the reason for doing the research was to prove my training in informatics. I believe that with these types of stories that it will improve my practice and there was no one in the past who practiced their learning.


There’s no form of self-assessment and I want to be able to support learning at anytime, anywhere because a lot of my managers in the hospital, they work up to six o’clock in the evening, nine to begin, in that amount. So, a story like this they can use anytime, anywhere, especially if there’s a point in time, at work, I might not be to around. So they can go into this story by self-instruction, you know, evaluate their learning at any time. The current paper documentation I found it, they had documentation. It showed that it was actually redundant because it was in the news and the result of the questionnaire was interesting. It did evaluate documentation. A hundred percent of the staff had no efficient use of the system. However, there was circumstance left with the bearer so obviously, they weren’t professionals and fifty percent of the staff has, the videos had documentation and they needed it but fifty percent just didn’t bother with it.

And what have I claimed to achieve through the research, I believe that I’ve gained great understanding how people learned and definitely as I’ve been developing the story, looking at how people have actually gone wrong in the past. I’ve developed the story based on that and also how I’ve learned through the whole process. And by using that story, it helped me to apply instructions that I’ve met with theories. I’m learning theories through the e-learning out fact. And I have creative environment that has created this school for learning at their own pace and you should know how to evaluate your learning. And I’m throwing this one now here, influencing nurses to be more responsible to learning. My Christian friends have a big bone of contention with this because if they had said, how can I show I had influenced people because at the moment we are construed industrial relations so my whole life of study, learning crafts, has nobody can use IT. So I was like the two recent aspects but I got the people now on board as well. O it would only be after six months maybe you’ve gone along the line where I can improve, pull another season report to show, yes, there is a level of improvement here.

So, it’s really not about influencing nurses into becoming a responsible and accountable for their practice, it’s more for their own learning because the fact that people has got into you again and again and again to get it right, It can make them, in the first place, how to become responsible but how I can actually show that evidence will be difficult. And I have created sort of, a source if you need information as well. And just briefly go through the list here, I find it difficult to get a meaning on E-learning, I ended up packing to sort of, my own use and a definition for E-learning as applied to my own context. Let’s say we’ll just say I am using this, what I mean by E-learning and I have to look to nurse education for examples of E-learning. I was so, I found it with no lecture at all, in E-learning, for creating a tutorial in a hospital session, there is nothing at all. It’s not there, even in informatics nurse, but there’s nobody has ever done it before. And I’d looked at the instruction design and learning theory and my aim is to investigate potential of the E-learning to support specific learning for next month using computerized reference system. And there are two objectives that I designed that will complement evaluation, self-learning and tutorial and to make learning more accessible to those managers and to create an environment that supports and facilitates learning.

I’m using actually search and for choosing living education theory and point, I think it is very important for me to sort of outline why because nursing has always used in the past a spontaneous approach. You must have a fact, you always had to be outside of the research and you couldn’t sort of show your values. You couldn’t let them contaminate your research so I think we’d lead an education theory that now you are involved in the research. You’re not an outsider looking in, you’re actually, you participate the whole way through. I want you to first look at my practice and how to improve and change my practice. And I want the users to involve with me. And I do want to use and practice my values instead of ignoring them all the time.
